Shipping Guidelines

1. We ship your order through reliable courier services to ensure fast and safe delivery.

2. While we strive to send all items in one shipment, separate deliveries may occur due to product characteristics or availability. We will inform you if this happens.

3. If you find the package damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse it and contact our Customer Care at [email protected], mentioning your order reference number for a quick replacement.

4. You can easily track your order status by visiting the ‘Track Your Order’ section on our website.

5. As required by Indian tax regulations, all shipments, including gifts, will include an invoice showing the price.

 

Shipping Partners

  1. We ship through Delhivery, Shiprocket, Tirupati Courier, and DTDC, with the option to choose your preferred partner during checkout.
  2. We also can ship through EMS Speed post on special request to remote locations, if you think that our shipping partners does not have coverage or served you improperly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY TO YOUR REQUEST. This is due to the reason each shipment content is being verified by the post office before accepting. If they feel that the item may be damaged, then they will not accept the shipment.

 

Shipping Time / Delivery Time:

1. We strive to ship your order on the same day it is placed, and 99% of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

2. Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed on Sunday will be processed for shipment on Monday.

3. While we aim for delivery within 3 to 8 days anywhere in India, actual delivery times depend on the shipping company’s processes, which are beyond our control.

4. We recommend placing your order with ample time for delivery, avoiding last-minute orders to ensure timely arrival.

 

Guarantee/Warranty:

All products are delivered with a minimum 15-day warranty (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect customers from any manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues with your order, please inform us within this timeframe from the shipment date. You agree to cover the return shipping costs for exchanges or returns, which will be reimbursed after we verify the defect.

We will repair or replace defective products at no cost, including prepaid shipping. If the product is out of stock for replacement, a full refund will be issued. However, the warranty does not apply if the product has been misused, neglected, exposed to static discharge, altered, or modified in any way, including soldering.

For exchanges, please send us photos of the damaged product. We will assess the damage and determine the appropriate course of action. If a replacement is unavailable, we will provide a full refund.

 

100% Refund/Replacement:

At Mancidi, we ensure accurate product descriptions and high-quality standards as mentioned on our website. To safeguard customers from issues like shipping damage, item mismatch, or missing parts, we allow 2 days from the date of delivery to report any complaints. Simply go to the “My Account” section, access your order, and choose the “Request Refund” option.

Once we receive the returned product, our experts will verify the reported issue. If the claim is valid, we will send a replacement with prepaid shipping. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a 100% refund. Please note that no warranty applies if the product has been misused, neglected, exposed to static discharge, altered, or modified in any way, including soldering.

Due to the nature of our products and our strict quality policy, we cannot offer cancellations or returns without a valid reason. Mancidi reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.

 

Changing or Canceling An Order:

If you need to change or cancel your order, simply email us at [email protected]. You can request changes to the items, update your shipping address or payment method, or cancel the order. Our Customer Service team will respond to your request via email within one business day.

Please note that only orders with the status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or canceled. Once the order moves beyond these stages, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

In some cases, canceling an order may incur a 5% bank charge, depending on the payment method used. This is because most payment gateway providers charge a commission even for canceled and refunded orders.

 

Return Guidelines:

Please ensure that you do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (product package). Defective, unused merchandise will be eligible for replacement within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that accompanied your shipment.
